3. General Disclaimer
All content provided on this website, during events, or through my coaching and consultancy work is for informational and educational purposes only. While I aim to offer accurate and practical guidance, I do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on your own participation, circumstances, and implementation of insights shared.

4. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching and facilitation are collaborative processes that encourage awareness, reflection, and action. They are not counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of medical treatment. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and results throughout and following the coaching or facilitation process.
5. Terms of Sale & Refund Policy
5.1 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. For longer-term consultancy or facilitation projects, deposits or staged payments may be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a written proposal or contract.
5.2 Refunds
Speaking Engagements
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event date. If the event is cancelled by the client less than 30 days before the scheduled date, the full fee remains payable.
Consultancy
Due to the strategic and time-intensive nature of consultancy services, no refunds are provided once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled prior to the start date, deposits are non-refundable.
Coaching
A complimentary discovery call may be offered before purchase. Once a coaching program has begun, no refunds are available. In exceptional circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Facilitation & Leadership Programs
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm dates and secure arrangements. The balance is due prior to delivery. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, though dates may be rescheduled where mutually possible.
By purchasing or booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, materials, presentations, resources, and written or recorded materials I create are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display my content without written permission.
Purchased or provided materials are for your personal or internal organisational use only and may not be shared, republished, or resold.
7. Privacy Policy
I am committed to protecting your privacy.

I collect personal information that you voluntarily provide (e.g. name, email, payment details) to deliver services and process payments.
